San Antonio's New World Food and Wine Festival - What NOT to Do

I'm here in San Antonio covering the New World Food and Wine Festival. The first night we were introduced to the event with a marvelous winemaker's dinner with food from Boudro's Restaurant paired with wines from the Brown Estate Vineyards in the Napa Valley.
