Taos Recommendations

I should have known that after writing the previous post, I would be asked about my personal recommendations. Here is what I shared with my friends that were headed to Taos;

I highly recommend Orlando's New Mexican Cafe in Taos...out of town a bit: http://www.orlandostaos.com/ and be sure and stop and shop at: http://www.artemisiataos.com/ but skip the tourist shops around the plaza. If you have
