Spa Heaven at Beauty Temple
Let's face it. We all love a good spa day. A time to sit back, relax and unwind from the crazy world around us.
Using mainly Elemis products (one of my favourite beauty brands that I had to treat myself to), we relaxed on the bed whilst they began exfoliating our backs with brushes and lovely Elmis scrubs. After washing them off, they then began on strong pressure massage, using their elbows and forearms to relieve pressure for our back, shoulders and neck.Once this was completed, we then turned over for a scalp massage - which was also incredible. 
So when my best friend, Victoria from IntheFrow, came to see in in Nottingham, she decided to treat me to a wonderful day at the Beauty Temple on Nottingham.
Booking through Wahanada - probably one of the best websites to get a good beauty/spa discount/deal from - she opted for two of the Signature Massages.
Located on Queens Street, close to the Market Square area of Nottingham, we casually arrived for our 3:30pm appointment to be greated by their friendly staff who suggested that we relax for 5 minutes on their giant pillow bean bag.
Stressed ✔️ Tired ✔️ too much on your mind ✔️ As we began filling out our personal information, we both had a giggling moment as 1) we sounded very grim and 2) we realised that we REALLY needed good massage.
As our beauty therapists showed us to our beautiful room playing relaxing music, they then went through some more questions with us and explained how our procedure would work.

In fact, I would go as far to say that this has been the best massage I have ever had and I would definitely be returning for more wonderful spa treatments.
